MK & Company was founded in 2021 by Marvin Yee and Karene Conlin. Marvin brings with him first-hand experience launching and growing a business while Karene’s decades of experience within various disciplines including a diverse background in Information Technology brings strategic thinking, and a collaborative management style.
Together they have developed a vast network of proactive, and passionate experts that are specialists within their respective fields. As a result, our roster covers all business niches and industries. The MK & Company team is made up of individuals that hold high-ranking executive-level titles, including SVP-level (senior vice president) and CEO. Some of the experts that we currently work with have been on the Forbes 500 list and others are self-made millionaires running businesses that we all know and love. But that’s not all. Marvin Yee

Marvin holds an MBA from the Hult International Business School and has previously attended Stanford University where he focused on the principles of building a successful brand. Marvin is a former business owner himself—as the founder of Farm & Me, he was able to mold a structure that addressed issues in the supply chain which resulted in an innovative web platform that connected farmers directly to consumers.
Karene Conlin
Co-founder
With 26 years of experience in a range of disciplines including customer service, project management, and business development, Karene is a results-driven professional who consistently strives to achieve and exceed corporate and project goals. She prides herself in the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers, work as a team player and lead personnel at all levels, including “C” level managers, supervisors, departmental heads, and clients.
